This year, the Blossa annual glögg has gone in search of inspiration to the Hawaiian island of Oahu, in the middle of the Pacific’s tropical zone. The tropical sweetness in the vegan Blossa 19 Aloha derives from passion fruit, and is balanced by the fruity acidity of the hibiscus flower.
Our Koskenkorva distillery is based on bio and circular economy: 100% of the grain is utilised. Altia received the Green Company of the Year 2018 award for the circular economy at the Koskenkorva distillery. We are also included on the Finnish future fund Sitra’s list of the most interesting companies in the circular economy.
Blossa 19 glögg heads to Hawaii with a taste of passion fruit and hibiscus flowers
This year, the Blossa annual glögg has gone in search of inspiration to the Hawaiian island of Oahu, in the middle of the Pacific’s tropical zone. The Blossa 19 Aloha glögg owes its beautiful colour to red hibiscus flowers. The planning and production of Blossa glöggs requires precise and long-range team work. The planning of the new annual glögg, for example, began 18 months ago.
Altia invests in innovative sparkling glögg and begins cooperation with the award-winning Glöet
Altia and the Von Elk Company, known for Glöet, the most popular sparkling glögg in the Nordic countries, are embarking on cooperation spanning the Nordic and Baltic countries. As of 1 October, Altia will become the exclusive representative of Von Elk’s brands in the Nordic and Baltic countries, as well as in travel retail. The cooperation covers sales, marketing, distribution and product development.
